10 Foods That Detox The Body

When it comes to detoxing your body, there are many techniques you can follow and supplements you can take. One plan in particular is to eat detoxifying foods. Here is a list of detox foods that are a great addition to everybody’s diet.

1. Fruits

Fruits are high in liquid-content which helps the body wash out toxins. They are also very easy to digest and are high in antioxidants, nutrients, fiber, and important vitamins.

2. Green Foods

Fill your refrigerator with blue green algae http://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=34193, barley, wheatgrass, kale, spinach, spirulina, alfalfahttp://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=33573, chard, arugula, or other organic leafy greens. These plants will help give a chlorophyll-boost to your digestive tract.

Chlorophyll http://bit.ly/BenefitsChlorophyll rids the body of harmful environmental toxins from toxic metals, herbicides, cleaning products and pesticideshttp://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=32640. They also aid the liver in detoxification.

3. Lemons, Oranges, and Limes

Citrus fruit aids the body by flushing out toxins and jump-starting the digestive tract with enzymatic processes. Lemon juice http://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=33580 supports the liver in its cleansing processes. To increase detoxification, start each morning with a warm glass of lemon water.

Remember, vitamin C is one of the best detox vitamins around, as it transforms toxins into digestible material. Eat vitamin c foods often to help get more of these benefits.

4. Garlic

Detox Foods Garlic

This pungent little bulb is one of the best detoxing foods out there. It helps stimulate the liver into producing detoxification enzymes that help filter toxic residues from the digestive system http://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=32748. I recommend adding sliced or cooked garlic to a suitable dish, as this will help any detox diet.

5. Broccoli Sprouts

Extremely high in antioxidants, the ability for broccoli sprouts to stimulate the detoxification enzymes in the digestive tract is unparalleled. The sprouts are actually more effective than the fully-grown vegetable.

6. Green Tea

Packed full of antioxidants, green tea washes toxins from the system via its liquid content, but also contains a special type of antioxidant called catechins, which are known to increase liver function.

7. Mung Beans

The mighty mung bean has been used by Ayurvedic doctors for thousands of years. It is incredibly easy to digest, and absorbs toxic residue from the intestinal walls.

8. Raw Vegetables

Best juiced or eaten raw: Onions, carrots, artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, garlic, beet, turmeric, and oregano. The combination of these foods will help your liver purge toxins during the cleansing process. These are high in naturally occurring sulphur and glutathione. Sulphur helps the liver detoxify harmful chemicals.

9. Seeds and Nuts

Incorporate more of the easily digestible seeds and nuts into your diet. Flax seed, pumpkin seeds http://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=33109, almonds, walnuts, hemp seeds http://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=32470, sesame seeds, chia seeds, Siberian cedar nuts, and sunflower seedshttp://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=33644 are all excellent options. While detoxing, avoid nut butters.

10. Omega-3 Oils

Use hemp, avocado http://www.dreddyclinic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=33332, olive, or flax seed oil while detoxing. This will help lubricate the intestinal walls, allowing the toxins to be absorbed by the oil, and eliminated by the body.

Performing a periodic body cleanse may also be beneficial. I also recommend following my Body Cleanse Diet. Do you have any suggestions for foods that detox the body? If so, please drop them in the comment section below. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

What is Renaltrex™?

What is Renaltrex™?

Renaltrex™ is an energetically enhanced, 100% all natural blend of powerful organic and wildcrafted herbs. It's specially formulated to support normal function and detoxification of the kidneys.

A Brief History of the Invention of Renaltrex™

Renaltrex™ is the result of unparalleled ancient wisdom reinterpreted in the light of modern equipment and analysis.

The history of Renaltrex™ is based on our Spagyrex® process which was invented during Dr. Group's research into the root cause of disease. He found that disease is caused when the body becomes contaminated with toxins and the internal self-healing mechanism is suppressed.

Thus began his quest to create the most powerful herbal kidney cleanse product and it started by studying the works of the famous 16th century healer, scientist and alchemist, Paracelsus.

Paracelsus, originated Spagyria (Spagyry), which means to extract (spao) and combine (ageiro). The word was used to describe a process of transmuting a preparation of herbs into an elixir of health and longevity.

Dr. Group took this original technology and advanced the science and art of spagyry-based processes to create the Spagyrex® process, a revolutionary, multi-step, proprietary alchemy and spagyry-based processing technique that follows the principle of separating and recombining all the elements of an herb to extract the most powerful essence of its healing nature. This results in a Harmonious Organic Supercharged Extract. Does detox mean you need to feel rotten?

Does detox mean you need to feel rotten?
Clearing your inner sanctum can feel pretty rotten. Or maybe not? Nutritionist have studied the process of detoxification for many years and seen how when toxins are dumped into the blood stream for elimination it often does not feel good. There are solutions to detoxification that can be effective and far less uncomfortable. The term “detox” describes the process of removing poisonous or addictive substances from the body. Most people think detoxification relates to expelling alcohol or drugs, however, it’s also about releasing substances that individuals are unable to process and eliminate without assistance. These substances behave in a toxic manner. They can upset kidney and liver function, increase plaque in arteries, disrupt digestive function, impede bowel function and increase susceptibility to virus, bacteria, parasite infestation and disease. Most toxicity starts with ingested substances so could include sugar, fat, wheat, dairy, nicotine, drugs and alcohol. Stress increases toxicity, as do environmental conditions such as EMR, factory emissions, water, and air pollution. In the USA, Medical Doctors are taught in their first semester of Med. School that as much as 90% of illness they will see in practice is stress related.[1] Everyone is different so each person’s toxicity and need to detox is measured on a case-by-case basis. Read more
